Mercedes Palmer Libis joined Palmer Legal in 2002, after completing an internship in Berlin in 2001. Specialised in real estate, commercial, inheritance and gift law, as well as tax law for non-residents in Spain, Mercedes combines international experience with an in-depth knowledge of the local market. She is currently the managing partner of Palmer Legal's office in Mallorca.
Luis Palmer Libis joined Palmer Legal in 2007, having gained two years of professional experience in a law firm in the prestigious City of London. He specialises in Real Estate, Inheritance and Gift Law, Golden Visa and Tourism Law, with a particular focus on Urban and Real Estate Law. He also provides strategic investment advice to foreign clients. He currently heads Palmer Legal's Ibiza office as managing partner.
