Luis Palmer Libis joined Palmer Legal in 2007 after gaining two years of experience in the City of London. He specialises in Real Estate, Inheritance/Donation, Golden Visa and Tourism law. He is currently the managing partner of Palmer Legal-Ibiza’s office.
