Founder

Before founding the firm in 1971, Pedro Palmer Marqués started his professional journey at the office of D. Antonio Molins in Barcelona. Although he is now retired, he continues to work on cases of particular relevance contributing with invaluable experience to the next generation. His career was focused on Maritime, Mercantile and Civil law.

Mercedes Palmer Libis joined Palmer Legal in 2002 after an internship in Berlin in the year 2001. Mercedes specializes in Real Estate, Commercial, Inheritance/Donation and Fiscal expertise related to the requirements of Non-Residents in Spain. She is currently the managing partner of Palmer Legal-Mallorca’s office.

We are a law firm founded in 1971 by Pedro A Palmer. The firm’s fundamentals are the same today as when it was started. Since its formation the firm has been the firm of reference for the Balearic Islands.
